AKQA designed a site for Unilever’s Peperami that
incorporates World Cup buzz, star appeal and hidden films. This exploratory site creates
"immersive" web experience. Unlike many failed “immersive” sites,
(failed because the experience was SOOOO heavy, bloated graphics and animation
that ate up the consumer’s processor and crashed other programs) Fanimal
straddles the line.
The Fanimal site loads fast for the life like graphics and
has a nice comedic edge.
